THE AYURVEDIC KITCHEN:
Join Julie Bernier of True Ayurveda and Claire Ragozzino of Vidya Living for a 2-hour cooking class on wholesome snacks. We’ll gather together as a group—you in your kitchen and we in ours—to prepare three delicious dosha-friendly snacks as you learn how to snack in a way that’s supportive for your body. We know that the topic of snacking according to Ayurveda can be quite confusing, as we often get asked if it’s good or bad to snack and what to snack on. The answer (as always in Ayurveda) is: it depends! This class will shed light on when and when not to snack, how to reduce snack cravings, deciphering between hunger for a snack or thirst, and what kinds of snacks are balancing for each dosha.
We'll be making:
- Vata-Balancing Warm Spiced Rice Horchata
- Pitta-Balancing Date, Pistachio & Coconut Bites
- Kapha-Balancing Masala Popcorn
You’ll receive access to:
- A livestream/recorded cooking class with Julie & Claire + recording available after the class
- A snack recipe ebook with a detailed shopping list
- A written guide on the wholesome way to snack
