Feeling the desire to lighten up as we move into the warmer months? Ayurvedic cooking is not all kitchari and porridge! In this 90-minute cooking class, learn to make a nourishing Pitta and Kapha balancing menu that leaves you feeling light and fresh. Join Claire Ragozzino of Vidya Living and Julie Bernier of True Ayurveda live in the kitchen together for the first time! We’ll cook side-by-side and guide you through the recipes each step of the way, sharing Ayurvedic cooking tips and practices. We'll finish with a complete meal at the end of the class. This class includes a printable recipe booklet and class recording with lifetime access.

How It Works
Cook side-by-side with Claire and Julie as we walk through a 90-minute online cooking class. DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH AYURVEDA OR COOKING?
All experience levels are welcome—including those brand new to Ayurveda and cooking. This course is designed to be accessible for all, no matter your skill or experience level. We do offer a 4-class Foundations to Ayurvedic Cooking Course we highly recommend taking!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?
You have lifetime access! You will be able to download the class recordings and all printable materials to watch anytime at your convenience.
DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?
Here’s what we’ll be using:
- Stovetop – no oven needed
- 1 small pot with lid
- Stovetop pressure cooker or instantpot *recommended but not required*
- 10” or bigger sauté, cast iron or frying pan
- Cutting board
- A sharp knife
- Mortar and pestle or coffee grinder for spice grinding
- Cooking spoons
- Mixing bowls
- Small/large sieves
- High-Speed Blender
- Two jars with lids for storage
