Nāda Yoga:
Sound, Mantra & the Nervous System
with Brianne Beauregard

This experiential Nāda Yoga class explores sound, mantra, and the nervous system as gateways to regulation, coherence, and inner stillness. Drawing from Vedic and Tantric wisdom alongside modern neuroscience, Brianne will introduce the foundations of Nāda Yoga and how sound and conscious vocalization influence the brain, mind, and subtle body—particularly through the vagus nerve.

At least half of the class will be experiential, guiding participants through gentle prāṇāyāma, vocal toning, and mantra recitation to directly feel how sound shapes breath, awareness, and nervous system response. Alongside practice, Brianne will share how these methods affect hormones, neurotransmitters, lymphatic flow, and neural pathways, and how sustained sound practice can gradually recondition habitual patterns of thought, speech, and action—supporting deeper alignment, clarity, and ease in daily life.

This class is suitable for all levels and invites a direct, embodied experience of sound as both a therapeutic and contemplative practice.

If you can’t join us live, a recording will be available afterward.
