Vastu in the Kitchen:
Designing Sacred Spaces for Nourishment with Sherri Silverman

Join us for a special 75-minute event with Vastu expert and author Sherri Silverman, PhD, to explore how the ancient Vedic science of spatial harmony can transform the heart of your home—the kitchen.

Vastu, known as the yoga of design, aligns your environment with the five elements and the natural flow of energy through space. In this workshop, Sherri will guide us through the core principles of Vastu and share practical insights for enhancing the vitality, coherence, and sacred function of your kitchen and dining areas.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to apply foundational Vastu principles to your home, use elemental balance and directional flow to optimize energy, design or reorganize a kitchen that supports digestive strength, and create spaces that nourish and uplift!

This event is open to the public and warmly recommended for anyone seeking to bring more sacred intentionality into their home environment. No prior knowledge needed.

If you can’t join us live, a recording will be available afterward.

Friday, June 20th
12pm-1:15pm PST / 3-4:15pm EST
