How It Works

Live Learning Sessions:

We start the year off by building the foundations of your Ayurvedic knowledge and practice. Claire will guide you through four weeks of learning with live sessions each Sunday, from 9am-11amPT. These sessions will be recorded and available to watch at your own pace. In addition to learning sessions, you’ll also receive supplementary worksheets, menu plans, daily routine charts for your dosha to guide your home practice between classes. 

  • Session I - January 10th: Learning the Language of Ayurveda
  • Session II - January 17th: Establishing Your Inner Rhythm
  • Session III - January 24th: Ayurveda in the Kitchen
  • Session IV - January 31st: Ayurveda on the Mat 
Seasonal Sessions:

Learn how to evolve your diet and lifestyle to stay balanced and aligned through the seasons. At the start of each new season with the equinoxes and the solstices, we meet for a live learning session to discuss your new Ayurvedic seasonal routine. Each session includes a library of seasonal living resources to support your home practice.

  • Spring Session - March 21st: A look at your spring diet, movement, and breath practices, and intentional cleansing to lighten up.  
  • Summer Session - June 20th: A look at your summer diet, movement, and breath practices, and how to stay balanced through the heat.
  • Fall Session - September 19th: A look at your fall diet, movement, and breath practices, and rejuvenating autumn rituals. 
  • Winter Session - December 19th: A look at your winter diet, movement, and breath practices, and routines to sustain you through the colder months. 
Mentorship Circles:

In between our live learning sessions, join a monthly mentorship circle to deepen your practice, ask questions, and receive guidance from Claire and your community of like-minded practitioners. There will be 10 circles held throughout the year. Sign up and drop into a circle when you need support. Circles will be held online on the first Sunday of each month.

The Book Club is open to all experience levels, no previous knowledge or training needed. We strive to always create an inclusive, safe and uplifting space for all our members. No matter your background or experience level, all are welcome in this work and path.


The course is entirely online, hosted right here on Teachable. You can access the course by computer, tablet or phone. When you sign up, you’ll have your own login to access the course platform, group forum and materials as we move through the seasons and learning sections together. Monthly mentorship circles will be hosted through Zoom and sign ups are available through the course platform. 


8 live learning sessions and 10 group mentorship circles with Claire, an exclusive library of resources and multi-media content to support your home practice, a supportive community and email support from our team.


All live classes will be recorded to watch at your own pace, and the resource library of practice videos, meditations and materials are available to view at any time. Seasonal content will be released as we move through the seasons and will remain open through the remainder of the year to revisit and watch at your own pace.


Registration closes January 9th, 2021 for the full Book Club Membership. Course materials will be available for the whole year, giving you access to all the content through December 31st, 2021.


A year long all-access membership is $360 and includes your foundations modules, four seasons of Ayurvedic living content, and monthly mentorship circles. About the Author

Claire Ragozzino is a certified Ayurvedic counselor and yoga instructor with a background in holistic nutrition and natural cooking. Her work is dedicated to bringing yoga, Ayurveda, and nutrition to a modern lifestyle. She is the author of the popular site, Vidya Living, and also writes and photographs for online and print publications surrounding topics of food, culture, and our relationship to nature. Her first book, Living Ayurveda, offers a comprehensive Ayurvedic cookbook and lifestyle guide. Claire works with clients around the globe and leads immersive workshops and retreats.
